Hey busy parents:) I’m a unsw uni student midway through my chemistry degree hoping to do astrochemistry in my post grad! i grew up looking after younger kids in my neighbourhood and always loved it so now i’m hoping to do the same, or even tutor if that’s something you’re seeking. Childcare Experience
I havnt had any professional experience in babysitting yet but i’ve always wanted to give it a go because i’ve always loved looking after my friends younger siblings and especially my nephew! I’d love to look after any age kid, as for tutoring I am more than comfortable with anyone up to senior high school! My favourite topics would probably be Maths, English and Science (all)! I’m really excited for the opportunity to help out and relieve any stress off your shoulders, with the mutual benefit of being able to hang out or even tutor your kids:) Also, I’ve been playing basketball my whole life and now play for uni so id really enjoy spending time with your kids in the park to play some sport!
Tutoring Experience
Currently i’m studying chemistry and i’m in my second year and loving it. Ive done uni level physics, chem, bio and maths courses, my favourite (unbiased) is definitely chemistry and maths but in high school english was definitely up there too. i havnt had the opportunity to do paid tutoring yet but i’ve helped out my friends younger siblings over the years and absolutely loved it, seeing them grow and learn.. it’s incredibly rewarding!
